Who will you be joining?
H4 BT is the transformation and innovation engine of the Allianz Group. It follows on the ambition to capture the so far unexploited opportunities of the digitally mature customer by adjusting the current business models and scaling best in class practices globally.
Its mission and mandate is to push Allianz' strategic goals of Simplicity and Harmonization with the goal to significantly and sustainably increase customer satisfaction, productivity, growth, and operating profit across the AZ Group.
In the BMP Management team, we have as mission to steer the BMP through a lean operating model, enabling the program to be delivered at pace and maximizing the value for all stakeholder groups. We achieve this through 4 different pillars:
Governance and Steering: The set-up, implementation and management of key forums and structures that enable accelerated, effective and streamlined decision-making Process & Procedures: The definition, implementation, management and documentation of processes and methodologies that enable the impactful interaction of stakeholder groups . Data, Reporting and Quality assurance: The monitoring and reporting of BMP performance and, the upskilling of key stakeholders to data and Jira software tool best practice. Change Management & Communication: The management of program changes and the facilitation of effective communication to support stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
How can you make an impact?
- Support driving the Business Transformation process in Allianz
- Providing proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to improve efficiency and performance of the transformation process
- Work across-teams bearing responsibility for specific tasks, and ensuring project milestones are reached
- Other ad-hoc topics
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Master or bachelor student in a relevant field of studies with strong academic achievements (enrolled at university for the whole period of employment).
- Experience from prior internship or job in Insurance industry or having worked in a successful start-up environment.
- Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus.
- Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year
